We often forget how lucky we are to have a house in the Pearl District. Whether it's walking to The Pearl Center on Saturday mornings for their farmer's markets or Saturday night for a concert on the grass, it is the best part of the city! We highly recommend walking the Riverwalk in the area as it is much more peaceful and beautiful than the touristy downtown areas that are packed. This lovely brand-new home offers you the perfect opportunity to get the best that San Antonio has to offer! The industrial and luxurious design creates an open space for your group to congregate and feel comfortable. Wake up in the morning and have the whole group enjoy breakfast together at the beautiful oak kitchen table or spend the evening with a BBQ on the balcony while the kids entertain themselves playing Buck Hunter, Galaga, or Pacman arcade! Whether you are here for business or pleasure, you are in the perfect location to enjoy San Antonio. There are bars and restaurants within a one-minute walk from the house. The main Pearl area is 3 blocks away (about a 5-minute walk) and you do have to cross one busy street (Broadway) that has a crosswalk. If you would like to go to the busier, more popular part of the Riverwalk for tourists it's about a 5-7min drive/Uber. Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The Master Suite has a gorgeous king-size bed and also offers another trundle bed (two twins) for larger groups. Enjoy the master bathroom with all high-end, updated features! Bedroom 2 (downstairs): Welcome to the Zen room featuring a warm, bright, and natural vibe. It features a king-sized bed with relaxing decor for a great night's sleep. Bedroom 3 (downstairs): A perfect simplistic room featuring a trundle bed (two twins) and a walk-out patio with two lounge chairs to sip coffee in the morning. Spacious downstairs bedroom with private patio access offers a tranquil retreat for large groups seeking a quiet space. Enjoy the Texas sun on the 3 story balcony which has a different feature on each level! Floor one offers two lounge chairs, floor two has an 8-person patio table and a propane grill, and floor three has an awesome daybed with a skyline view! The garage has space for one car and possibly two. It also has an electric car charger for your convenience! There is also ample street parking available just a few steps from the house. There are bars and restaurants within a one-minute walk from the house. If you are looking for luxury, convenience, and fun, you have found the right house! All areas of the house can be used. We have one utility closet that will be locked. RULES: For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification. No parties or events. We only accept pets that are under 35 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $115 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as we shampoo the carpets after each pet stay. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found. We will be here for whatever you need!
