Bedroom 2 – Top of Stairs Queen bed with TV, closet space, full-length mirror, and blackout shades — a cozy and convenient setup. Bedroom 3 – Second Floor Twin-over-full bunk bed with TV and closet. Includes a kid-friendly sitting area with poufs, curtains, and a rollaway bed — perfect for families or extra guests. Bedroom 4 King bed with TV, lounge chair, and bench. Connected to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom, ideal for paired guests. Bedroom 5 Two queen beds with TV and access to a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom — great for groups or friends sharing a room. RULES: For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. NO PETS allowed in this property No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. We do allow certain event for an additional event fee, please inquire Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there, but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term—and the only way that works is if this rule is followed. *We provide pool heating at $50/night. This will need to be communicated to us at least 48 hours in advance and pool heat request paid prior to arrival. Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
