Gather up your friends and family to enjoy this 5-bedroom and 3.5-bath lake house with 77 feet of water frontage, a private boat dock and a beautiful grassy lawn. Enjoy the hot tub and cold plunge overlooking the lake and take advantage of the kayaks (2), and paddleboards (2), or just simply hang out on the 16ft lilypad that can fit the whole family! If you know anything about Lake Austin, you will know how rare of a find this is! Two levels of decking run the length of the house, providing a perfect spot to grill and entertain while enjoying the beautiful scenery. You'll feel like royalty as you bask in the sun from the top deck or balcony overlooking the lake. House Description: This property was just completely redesigned by luxury Austin designer, Sicara Designs. Notice the attention to every detail to make your stay feel luxurious while also not sacrificing comfort. The bottom floor features the primary suite and the secondary suite. The home is three (3) stories. You will enter on the main floor leading you right into the living area and kitchen, which both have sliding doors for amazing lake views. Between the kitchen table and bar seating there is seating for 10. Right outside of the sliding doors there is also an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen has everything you need if you will be cooking a feast! Primary Suite: With a luxury plush king bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, tiled shower, and a huge walk-in closet you can live like royalty. Don't forget the wet bar to make a cocktail and walk out on your amazing balcony. Well you paid for it, you deserve it! :) Secondary Suite: This room features a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walkout balcony as well. You will have a nice peaceful spot to enjoy that morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. The top floor has three bedrooms and one full bath. Bedroom 1: A very spacious bedroom with multiple windows and the perfect morning lighting. Enjoy the luxury king mattress. Bedroom 2: A corner bedroom for nice privacy and a great place to relax and unwind on the pillowtop king mattress. Bedroom 3: Have a big group? We have a great solution. This room has two twin beds and also a bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top. The BEST Part! The reason you clicked on this beautiful home. The home offers a huge 8 person hot tub that is perfectly placed on the yard overlooking the lake and surrounded by a gorgeous deck. We also have a boat slip that can fit any boat up to 25'. We also added a cold plunge that is on our back deck for you bio-hacking folks! Our private boat dock is a two-story patio that offers stunning views of the water and sunsets! Imagine sipping your favorite drink as the sun sets over the water and the warm TX breeze brushes your face. Secure your booking today for the ultimate vacation experience! RULES: For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee (3%) on top of our cancellation policy. We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500. We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID for verification. No parties or events. We only accept pets that are under 50 pounds and we'll just ask for a picture. Pet Fee is $165 (max 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets. No pets on furniture, please! Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found. Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM, which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there, but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term—and the only way that works is if this rule is followed. Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations. You can use the paddleboards, kayaks, water lily, and private slip at no extra charge.
